As a top cafe/restaurant in Sydney, Burnt Orange prides itself on its waterfront location and culinary delights.

The restaurant has a wraparound verandah with stunning water views of Sydney Harbour from Mosman Bay and Balmoral all the way to Manly. With bush land surrounds and quiet location this is the perfect escape from the hectic pace of Sydney’s CBD.

Head chef Guillaume Dubois has created our daily breakfast and lunch menu, plus all menus for special events at Burnt Orange. Guillaume brings his style and expertise to Burnt Orange with a focus on buying the best quality ingredients from the top suppliers in Sydney. Menus are continually updated so look out for our specials and seasonal changes.

Breakfast – Try the best Buttermilk Pancakes in Sydney, Breakfast Bruschetta, Eggs Benedict, Freshly-Squeezed Juices and Single Origin coffee. 
Lunch – includes the Lamb Saddle, Beef Eye Fillet and the Confit Tasmanian Salmon.
Desserts – we have sweet treats and simply delicious cakes for all occasions. Customers love our Apple & wild berry crumble with vanilla bean ice cream and our Belgian chocolate mousse with praline, raspberry coulis & wild berry sorbet.
High Tea – Our Burnt Orange High Tea menu includes finger sandwiches & savoury tarts, homemade scones & jam, plus sweet treats and a tea or coffee (or a glass of bubbles!) High Tea is available for small party bookings, as well as larger groups. 
Afternoon Menu – for those who just want a homemade scone, slice of cake or some antipasti & wine, it’s a very civilised way to pass the day, no reservations required. Gluten-free and vegetarian options are on offer throughout the menus and gluten-free bread is available. 
Cakes – Our cakes are made for all occasions and are made to order (48 hours notice) and can be iced with a special message.

We have gift vouchers available that can be redeemed in both our cafe and boutique store.

Breakfast is served from 8:30-11:30am. You may still order cakes, scones and coffee between 11:30am and 12pm.

Lunch is served seven days a week from 12pm-3pm. It is essential to book lunch on the weekends and most weekdays. Always phone the restaurant to check availability beforehand.

Yes! Afternoon tea is served from 2:30-3:30pm on weekdays, and 3pm-5pm on the weekends. You can also order from our cakes menu throughout the day.
