The Café at Burnt Orange is located on a wraparound verandah with stunning views of Sydney Harbour round to Mosman Bay and Manly. Our menu focuses on buying the best quality ingredients from the top suppliers in Sydney and we change our menu seasonally.
We also make our own bread and scones daily, as well as jams, marmalades & chutneys.
BREAKFAST – highlights include buttermilk pancakes, breakfast bruschetta, fresh juices and Single Origin coffee.
LUNCH – Signature dishes for LUNCH include the Burnt Orange fish pie, Tasmanian salmon cake, and the Pumpkin & goats cheese tart with carrot jam. Desserts are a speciality for us and customers love our passionfruit tarts and crumbles. Kids have their own menu that includes main course plus fresh juice and homemade cookie.
HIGH TEA – proving very popular, our version of high tea is served on Avoca crockery and includes finger sandwiches & savoury tarts, homemade scones & jams, plus sweet treats and a tea or coffee (or a glass of bubbles if you feel like it)
AFTERNOON MENU – for those who just want a scone, slice of cake or some antipasti & wine it’s a very civilized way to pass the day, no reservations required. Gluten-free and Vegetarian options are on offer throughout the menus and gluten-free bread is available.
CAKES – for birthdays and celebrations are made to order (48 hours notice) and can be iced with your special message.
